1.When the HDMI one-to-two adapter cable is plugged in, if theres no image displayed on external monitor, please confirm the length of your HDMI cable. Usually the normal external HDMI cable is 1-5 meters. The long cable will affect the signal attenuation insufficient output power, resulting in no image on the monitor. If the length of you HDMI cable exceeds this range, then please contact the customer service staff to confirm whether the product can be applied to your monitor. 2.If there is no response after its plugged in the monitor, then plug it another HDMI to see if it works, or lower the resolution to 1080P/720P and the refresh rate to 30HZ.If the laptop is not compatible, try to choose HDMI of the laptop output mode. If it still doesnt work, pull it out. Plug the HDMI into an external device first, and then plug it into the laptop. This operation of adjustment results from some devices which are not suitable for hot plug. 3.This kind of product is originally not able to support two computer screens to display at the same time, only some certain computer hosts can perform like this. The graphics card of the computer hosts must have allocators installed before plugging in the HDMI one-to-two, so that the two computer screens can display at the same time. In addition, the resolution and refresh rate of the two computer screens must be the same, so that the two computer monitors can output the same image simultaneously. 4.What if there is no sound from the the TV after plugging in the one-to-two adapter cable? When HDMI is plugged into a computer or a laptop, right-click the sound icon in the lower right corner, click the Sound Setting button, and select the Play mode(the name of the external device). The premise of the audio transmission is that the external monitor must have its own sound. If it is an ordinary computer screen without its own sound, it will not have a sound transmission function then.
